About this Studio
Our classes are held
Tuesday 1 - 3.30 pm and 6 - 8 pm,
Wednesday 1 - 3.30 pm and 6 - 8 pm
Saturday afternoons 1 pm - 3.30 pm
Sunday afternoon 1 pm - 3.30 pm

Our "Pottery and Plonk" classes are every second Saturday night 6 - 8 pm. Check website for dates. Group booking are available to book check our Studio Hire page or please email judekeoghceramics@gmail.com.

Our 5 week courses are held on Tuesday afternoons and Tuesday nights, Wednesday afternoons and Sunday afternoons.
Our casual come-and-try classes are on Saturday afternoons, with handbuilding classes on Wednesday night.
The retail ceramics shop is open Friday 10 am - 4 pm
Saturday and Sunday10 am - 1 pm
By appointment Tuesday & Wednesday
Closed Monday and Thursday.
Class participants are required to bring a hand towel, enclosed shoes (no high heels), and comfortable clothes that can get clay on them. Bring an apron if you like or one can be purchased. Long hair should be tied back, and tools will be provided.
The course and class costs include clay, glazing, and firing.
If you are hiring the studio for use of the wheels please bring your own tools, clay and glazes. All clay and glazes brought into the studio needs to be in its original packaging for acurate identification.
Clay is available for purchase. These are Walkers PB103, Keane stoneware 33, Keane stoneware 5, Keane stoneware 7, Keane Porcelain and Keane Cone 6 white.

Using the pottery wheel involves bending over the pottery wheel so people with back issues are encouraged to participate in handbuilding pottery as using the wheel may agrevate back conditions.
​Classes are for people aged 16 years old and over.
We will run childrens classes from time to time and through the school holidays.
Unfortunately due to the age of the Earth & Fire Studio building we do not have wheelchair access.
